Eco Slay Orange Marmalade | Type 4 Natural Hair

Y’all! I found the flake culprit! So, I did another wash and go with the Orange Marmalade. This time, I left a little Banana Cream in as a leave in, styled with Orange Marmalade, and topped with water and Wetline. This wash and go was looking GOODT! The ends were popping and the length was fluffy yet defined. It was about 80% air dried when I decided to sit under the hair dryer... The snow began in MINUTES! I had to pull it up in a bun. Funny enough, spraying and smoothing the bun with water got rid of the snow and dull cast. Hair had shine like nothing had happened! In fact, that’s the same thing that happened with the puff in this video. TL; DR You might not want to heat dry with this one!

Hello It was a light bulb moment for me when you spoke about some of us having to work to pull your curls out. I hadn’t considered that in my process with wash and go’s but I always wondered why I had to work so hard to get my curls to come through and also stay for longer timeframes so I was hoping you could talk a little more about the aspect of textures when it comes to styling.

I am anxious to try out Ecogel, I am ordering 2 of their products. There are different types of Xanthan gum, they are all called xanthan gum but processed differently with different behavior and quality. In regards to the Optiphen, yes anyone can buy it but please do some research into formulating. If this is not used correctly and in the correct percentages it can be harmful.

I later found that this was great as a base gel under their Jello Shot. Goes on like curl cream/leave in.
