@@Harini_geetha hey i did research after that comment And i found that the Samsung machines are mean to show eco tub cleaning after we use about 15-20 days according to the usage. so don't worry Do that with or without descaler. I recommend use descaler according to your tub material.

I dont think using detergent would "clean" the tub as its the detergent resudual only that's required to be cleaned in a washing machine, Baking soda, white vinegar etc are required to clean washing machine, or you can purchase ready to use "cleaners" from the market but aviod toxic chemicals, as they are very bad for the environment. I would suggest baking powder and white vinegar with warm water.

Yes. It's true.. I used liquid detergent. But it suddenly stopped for more than 20 minutes.. So please use its special cleanind detergent for which you can ask to yr. Techinician.

Coz mine is only 2 month old n i was afraid to see the tub activity during water intake it goes 7 cm down at 7 th level of water thats why ..i am confused

Your not suppose to put washing powder in. While the machine is on eco tub clean, its trying to remove all residue from the powder and all other products we use while doing a load. Probably better vinegar or baking soda.
