Those are so nice. A 4 pack for a kilo watt is perfect!
@DeJoe8Ай бұрын
I suppose these are nice for parallel setups, but my first thought was "aren't all panels modular?" I guess one plug makes it easier than two.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
If you saw the video they're definitely very easy to set up
@DeJoe8Ай бұрын
@@TechMadeEzy I did indeed! Always love your content. The setup is easier than deciding how to hook up "regular" panels, which I guess is the real advantage of them.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
Hey man thanks soo much 👍🏼 I'm not going to kid you these panels are not for everyone because they're parallel and they're all so high voltage 50 volts
@ThanksForTheLaughАй бұрын
A drop test would be fun, with your money of course. They sure are pretty, quick shot of silicon spray on those rubber bands should work well.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
They actually sell on the grass when did hit the other but I didn't have any major damage

Use a tent stake maybe on the metal wire stand part. U hook one or ones with a little hook nose.

Thanks That’s a good idea

@@TechMadeEzy you're welcome! We camp on grass or dirt/gravel so yeah finding ways to anchor stuff can be fun. I have a dog tie stake that has its own post diver to it. It's pretty cool for on the go and no other tools required.

Have you tried putting these panels on a silver tarp to see how many more watts you might get?
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
Hi, I just got these so I wanted to get a review out
@Swiffer1775Ай бұрын
How many total of those panels can you connect to the Ecoflow Ultra when using the high and low solar inputs?
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
Not sure why, but they don’t recommend it. I would probably tell you to contact Ecoflow.
@KeithOutWestАй бұрын
The negatives that you mentioned pretty much changed my mind about buying these panels. I'm getting a new EcoFlow Delta Pro 3. What is your favorite portable high-watt panel, please? Thanks for the great information.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
I like the 220w panels the new Nextgen models, one is BiFacial the other isn’t. Here is a peak happy holidays kzbin.info/www/bejne/aWq5o3lmgbqLqNk

Love your doggo. The panels, not so much. These panels look janky and fragile. Setup, adjustment, and putting them away sounds like a pain. That 1mm glass likely wouldn't survive hail or being shoved in the back of a car. Proprietary interconnects with weak gaskets, not quite sure what they have against MC4. The Renogy 400W suitcase is a much better concept even if rated wattage is less. It's also lighter at 30lb (compared to 37lb), easy to assemble/disassemble, and is ETFE on aluminum/fiberglass so it can take a bit more rough handling. If someone can put up with assembling this set, they might as well get a few small rigid N-Type panels from Renogy or BougeRV for less money.

Thanks for your feedback and sunshine says hello 👋🏼

I bought those Renogy 400W suitacase panels and the etfe polymer overheats and burns up in the sun. the concept may be better but the inner guts are as cheaply made as can be

I’m new to all this and still trying to learn …Great review on the panels,will definitely look into them as I plan on getting the delta 2 max very soon to add to the delta 3 plus and the river 3 plus that I already have…..on the extended cables how much difference in input do you think there would be between the 30 footer and the 40 footer…? Thank you for the informative videos you make 👍

Thanka bro 👍🏼 30 to 40 just use 10awg thickness that's fine

I would like a 125W suitcase for my River 3.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
Won't work for River 3
@einyvАй бұрын
@@TechMadeEzy fyi river 2 max is 11-50v .. Still works with 125w panels. You are 100% correct with river 3. Max input is 30v for solar input.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
River 2 max and pro are both mentioned in this video. As well as other power stations
@rjbfreelander2Ай бұрын
The solar input on the River 2 Max and River 2 Pro is 11-50V, 13A, 220W Max These panels will not be safe to use with those power stations.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
Even EcoFlow has listed them as compatible. Don’t be concerned with the 250w vs the 220w it’s the solar specs that matter
@arnoldreiter435Ай бұрын
very high cost per watt, proprietary connectors. i get it they are made for their power stations but jackery has been dong this for a few years and i have yet to see anyone in the real world that has jackery panels despite jackery being one of the most popular brand power stations. i will pass and buy the eco worthy 190w bi for less money and can be connected to any MC4 connector.
@TechMadeEzyАй бұрын
The proprietary adapter is mainly to connect one panel to another and then you do get a conversion cable that will actually connect to standard mc4 hopefully you saw that in the video
