I love your videos. Question, for bagging, do you have to change the blade from that double blade that is standard?
@TechMadeEzy2 сағат бұрын
Thanks, and no, you don’t need to change your blade if you want a bag, but if you do change it to the high lift blade it does do a better job. But I know it’s a pain in the you know what

So I replaced the handle with an all metal, same size Sofa is a Southern Motion. 5th or 6th replacement in 3 yrs.(plastic) The metal pull releases the foot rest but it does not elevate. What adjustments do I need to make, before tackling putting the screws back into the handle?
@TechMadeEzy7 сағат бұрын
I wish I could help you with that. My only issues were the handle kept breaking because it was plastic now that I have the metal one I don’t have the issue.

Doesn't have the UL2743 certification printed on the back like all the other gooloo lithium jump starters. This is a important certification considering how many lithium jump packs swell and catch fire. Not many brands carry the certification as it's very strict. JNC is the only other brand I know that has it

I’m in the Ego system with a mower, blower, hedger, and trimmer for about 3 years. The tools are great but the batteries don’t last and they’re really expensive to replace. I have one 10ah battery and one 2.5 ah battery. At first I could mow the entire lawn with the 10ah battery and then use the 2.5 battery to trim and blow. Three years later I can’t mow with both batteries without taking time to charge them. If I need to trim and blow it takes even longer. Ego batteries don’t last and are extremely expensive.
@TechMadeEzy16 сағат бұрын
I hear ya the batteries are expensive but try to get a couple more so at least you don’t have just the two batteries . I try to look for tool deals that have the battery but the 2.5ah battery is really only good for small tools like the hedger

I did see that - Nice touch with the high lift blade, though I mainly find use for just the mulching blade. Wouldn't it be nice if they included a spare mulching blade too (rather than the high-lift). Man, I bet a lot of people would like that!

Yeah, but it would be a nice touch if they included that, just like side discharge.

RIVER 3 plus, anyone else notice a nasty chemical sell if you smell the vents of this unit? My room smells of this chemical and I have had it 5 hrs
@TechMadeEzyКүн бұрын
It shouldn’t be that strong but definitely it’s noticeable it does go away after sometime
@justmeonlymeКүн бұрын
@@TechMadeEzy eesh. Thank you SOO much for replying and confirming this. The reason I ask is mine (RIVER 3 Plus ) has a loose part/screw rattling inside so I thought it was shorting out on the motherboard on some component causing chemical smell. I remember the Bluetti EB55 and the EB70 had that AC charger separate from the unit and it smelled bad. Years ago, Samsung 24" TV's had bad capacitors that did this same smell. With this experience, and past experience, I will NOT be buying Ecoflow RIVER 3 Plus again. Do all the Ecoflow's smell like chemical too? The Bluetti's cleared up (newer units don't smell).
@TechMadeEzyКүн бұрын
I’ve seen most of these units. Have an initial smell again. Some people are more sensitive than others, but I found it to be a light smell that did go away overtime, buddy.

Coverage is great. I’m a female who appreciates your detailed info. I don’t care to see bigger wheels only because it may make it heavier. I’m 66 years old and have been using Ego mowers for 10 years now. I’m noticing it’s getting heavier for me to lift into the high step of my shed. I would like to see the overall mower get lighter. Other than the weight. I agree. A bigger back wheel. Maybe with spokes. 🤣

Klein,... "Steel reinforced"?!,... Upon looking at that feature in-physical store, that appears to only be like a washer in-place. It does not appear to be throughout "steel reinforced". Which, as far as I'm concerned, that secuity feature, isnt really any more secure than Flex's security feature. Check it for yourselves. I've not decided yet, between the two. Edit: I just walked out of a store,... Again,... that sells both Brands. Yes! Looks like nothing more than just an washer inserts. More interesting is that Flex's security bar has a hole in it, which seems to be as practically the same security feature as Klein's "steel reinforced" security feature, just in the form of being part of Flex's security bar. Take note that a security cable can be used with Flex's boxes. Another thing that I noticed is how much more the locking of the drawers are in the Flex's box than that of the drawers in the Klein's box. Releasing the boxes from each other seems easier with Flex, but while connected and planted in place, both seems equally sturdy (I tried the pull-up, rocking, trials on both to get an ideal of that). The latches have to be kepted squeezed to lift the Klein boxes off top of each other, while Flex's latches doesn't need to be. The Flex boxes are also, capable of being stacked in reverse. So now for me it will come down to price. I prefer Flex at the moment now, but Flex seems to be more costly. Why Flex!? Because they offer one big single drawer. I can deal with the handle issue, as my set (will be all drawers, at least for the first few boxes), will be drawers. Love You All! As always, this is imo. God first!!! God bless!!! Love One Another, as Christ Jesus, Love Us!!! Repent of sins. Amen Amen Amen Alleluia Alleluia Alleluia
