Truck drivers don’t take 54 minute breaks they take 10 hour and 34 hour breaks so to justify the cost of this? Us drivers need to know how to make it run that long?

I bought 2 of the brand new Egos 22 inch and returned them. They both had 1 wheel that spins freely, it also sits highER than the other one (front) After shopping and shopping it was best to try #3 by Ego. It also has the SAME PROBLEM! Has anyone else noticed? I emailed them the video after calling them. Tomorrow will be day 3 no RESPONSE BACK. Why did I pick Ego again? I just didn't want to wait TWO HOURS for the Milwaukee battery to charge. That's ridiculous! So, I only used the Ego because it is new and came not fully charged for maybe 10 minutes. It seemed to chew right through everything at ease!

Thank you for the video! I honestly think that this is a very expensive product that is still in beta development. All of it's "wonderful" features seem to complicate the very simple process of vacuum sealing. I have been vacuum sealing for 30 years using all sorts of machines (I get to test and review products). Most newer machines will do moist and pulse settings. The "liquid" mode seem like nothing more that a short pulse followed by a seal. It is hard to know why this machine would cost almost $400 retail. At that price you could buy a chamber vacuum sealer which will seal with a greater vacuum, and also handles liquids and powders (like flour) very well. I bought a chamber vacuum around 2 years ago and they are super. Mine was less than $300 (Chinese off brand). Best of all, the pouches for chamber sealers are in the 4-12 cents range (depending on the size). Just my two cents.

I do disagree with spec sheet, page 2, where you showed run time claim and put unlimited with gas for the Honda. Gas run time is not unlimited. My last gas mower I used was my uncles and it was a high quality Husqvarna self-propelled mower. During a mow for his lawn, the gas would run out. I sometimes would be close to finishing but would have to stop and go to the shed and pour more gas in to finish it. With my Ego mower, the battery also usually dies before finishing my lawn and I can go to my shed and pick up an already charged back up battery and put it in the mower faster than the time it would take to add gas, and with no mess.

Excellent review. Converted to Ego blower, edger, trimmer, hedger recently after my gas powered trimmer died. Very pleased with the transition and now closely following their mower reviews. I wonder how these hold up - what's the oldest one out there? Paid $219 for my Craftsman in 2002 and it still cranks on the first pull. Hard to come to grips with a thousand more for something that's guaranteed for 5 years. Mower aside, I'd expect the battery to not last (with any reasonable endurance) longer than that. For what it costs to replace the battery I could buy TWO current-model Craftsman mowers.

I immediately went out into the garage and removed the batteries just sitting in the tools and on the chargers and found some proper storage for them when not in use. Thank you for all of the tips! I'm not sure if this is a good one to add, but I have bought two additional batteries from Facebook marketplace that were brand new and for about half the price. Buyer beware, of course, but they were excellent sellers.

Not overly impressed, but I am always interested in adding to my Ego collection (5 tools). I'm gonna give it some more time in "the field" to see additional customer reactions. 1st - Interior isn't smooth, just like the underside of their lawnmower (which I have), which makes cleaning more difficult than my cheap Rigid Shop Vac. 2nd - $50 for replacement filter? That's ridiculous. I'm no Rigid fanboy, its just what I happened to buy years ago, but I can get filters for less than half that. 3rd - $300 with no battery or charger? That's very high. 4th - The last time I spoke with their customer service, it didn't go well. They're the Tesla of cordless tools, but the cost premium is high. I appreciate your review. Thank you.

Definitely buying this instead of the overpriced $200 Vicking Jack. At least this jack comes with full assembly. With the overpriced Viking Jack, you have to assemble the foot base yourself. Paying $200 and I have to install the base. Crazy! Lucky if they remember to pack the screws with the package. I have to return the overpriced Vilking once because the screws were missing from the package.

Great, informative video! Question, I live in a tropical climate and have dense low grass. I usually place a 25lb weight on my mower to get the blade low enough. Im thinking if replacing my blade as it is beat. I have the standard mowing blade. Im thinking of high lift with a bag. Wondering if high lift would draw the grass up to be cut. Thoughts? I know I should really spring for a reel mower but I won’t go back to gas and a Sterling electric is about 2k last I looked…
@TechMadeEzy
@TechMadeEzy 4 күн бұрын
Hi Michael what mower do you have? And yes a high lift blade will lift the grass up to cut it. Some of the newer mowers have a turbo option and this higher blade speed with a high lift blade in a bag is even better
