Hey all, the Blade is being sent back. I am wondering what non boundary wire mowers I should try?

If my Blade doesn't work out over the course of this week I'm aiming for the Luba as well. If Luba doesn't workout I'm just going to cave and buy a zero turn and give the whole industry a couple years to improve.

I too have been watching the no boundary wire market. It is disappointing the Blade failed for you. I have hopes that the Toro will be good, but they still have not made it available. The other one I'm watching is Worx Landroid Vision, but I've not seen anyone in the US post content for it.

Luba. The software is slightly a work in progress, but even at present it works really well and it will gain more features over the coming weeks. Your lawn looks very flat, so the AWG 3000 might be better than the 5000 (slightly different front wheels, which should be less prone to damage the grass), but as nobody seems to have seen the 3000 yet it might be a gamble going for that version.

@@rubicula do you think anyone would want to see the 3000 in action?

@@Innovate2renovate Of course. While in theory it is the same as the 5000 apart from the front wheels and slightly less max coverage, as there are no reviews that I've seen as yet you would just have to take it on trust. I have a 5000 (actually 2 of them) so can certainly recommend that model of Luba. The potential advantage of the 3000, as well as the slightly lower price, is that the front wheels are possibly a technical advantage over the 5000 as they will make turning easier on the grass.

i'm waiting for the Luba mower to have a real mowing blade not the flimsy razor blades.
