Garbage are Romoss things, capacity of it downed to half after few months of small usage. Unfortunately I have one :(

Shucks that sucks. Ecoflow 5 year warranty prevents that happening on these.

Quick question if you dont mind ,looking to run a small telly in the shed /mancave which is is 73w and been looking at these ,,would you recommend, if you could help

Yes I definitely would recommend. This model in particular the River 2 Pro should run your 73W tv for around 10 hours before needing recharging. The base model River 2 would power it for around 3.5 hours and River 2 Max about 7 hours. Its a very handy tool to have for plenty of other uses too. Atb Dave

Great review. I've just bought one today. If anyone is interested, they are still reduced and amazon prime day has another £100 off voucher, so luckily managed to get one for £549!

How noisy is the fan?
@playing_in_trafic
@playing_in_trafic Жыл бұрын
Loud enough to consider putting it in another room when using it to power my tv but not overly annoying at other times. Fan only comes on occasionally when running 240v stuff and when its charging.

@@playing_in_trafic i sleep in my car front seat reclined, would have this running a fan and a dometic 45w cooler in the back seat. Will this keep me from falling asleep?

@@cesarbriones3501 No I doubt you would really notice it. I can’t see it being any louder than the fan and the cooler.

They're actually around 60 ah. Expensive but Good piece of kit. I like their large Delta one that can charge up from a electric vehicle docking station.

Ah yeah just looked and the 40Ah quoted in the manual is at 19.2V not 12V. So yep that would be around 60Ah at 12V. Cheers for the correction 👍 Yeah the Deltas do look good.

Aye you will need a low wattage kettle. I'm gonna test a couple off Amazon in an up coming video. Even if you are plugging into power on campsite hook ups you generally have to use low powered stuff of around 1000 Watts as their supplies are limited. So really this isn't much different. It should manage straighters, lights and phones etc but hairdryers and heaters maybe too power demanding. On a side note, even if you dont get one of these. Campsite electrics are also a thing to consider being able to use if you arnt planning on always camping in the wild like I tend to do. I'm not sure what campsites are like over there but ours you just need a specific hook up cable to plug into electric point. You can buy tent one's that are just like extension reels you can just plug your stuff into.

Good to see that you liked it, especially as it’s not cheap. I only have space for 1 x 110A battery in my van (single underslung battery compartment) so it’s something I might look at for off grid stints.

Aye they sure aren't the cheapest so I'm relieved it wasnt a huge disappointment. I wasn't sure how accurate all the "reviews" from those who got them for free would be but thankfully they aren't half bad. 😅 Atb Dave
