EcoFlow RIVER Pro in depth Review

There are a lot of backup power solutions out there. Some call them battery backups others call them solar generators. All you need to know is if you need portable power for whatever reason then the EcoFlow RIVER Pro has you covered.
The EcoFlow RIVER Pro has a great combination of power to size and can be used with an expanded battery for a longer run time. I found it very useful for charging my camera gear on the go and accessing power where there was nothing around to do so.

Personally it has filled a need that I had. I even use it more these days to save money on power. I charge it up via solar then charge my devices from it to save a little on my power bill.

I ran my dyson fan on this thing for camping. All night long it ran. Dyson fans are so damn efficient at its lowest setting (which is plenty) ran at 7-8 watts. I love the riverpro!

I ordered Ecoflow Pro after reviewing Jackery 700 , bueitti 716, etc I like the fact it can power up up to 1200 watts safely. I won't take a chance with 1800 watts even though it can do that with an eco boost. I went with this primarily because it has an expandable option. I can expand to another 720-watt giving me a total of 1440 watts .😮 I'm buying this to power up a 600-watt microwave in my truck. Tired of eating cold food 😢 The price was $594cnd. The regular was $849. I won't buy an expandable battery right now but I'm contemplating buying one maybe in the future. Not required right now.

Hey, Once you have them they can track your package. Down load the App excellent. & controlls flawless, advice after travel time. Climate is important. I let mine sit for 2hrs traveling through. The cooler Temps Take your time make sure your firmware upgrade goes well don't rush it Enjoy how easily it is to use

It is possible to use all the app features while off grid. Possibly this is a firmware upgrade? By pressing the OIT button for a couple of seconds you can directly connect to your phone via the WI-FI. Another possible upgrade is it doesn't draw the spare battery to zero before changing to the main unit. It's more of an even draw now.

That sounds like the outlets might have been tripped. Should be able to fix by pressing and holding the power for the ac outlets.

I have the River max and wanted to add the river pro. i hate the wifi connection, I'd rather have a bluetooth connection. I also don't like the handle, would love to have it flat at the top so I can stack things on top when traveling. BTW, when out camping and no wifi, you can press the wifi button and your phone can connect to it directly.

Yes, the handle is some what of a pain point with the River Pro. It is just something I have learned to live with. I will have to try pressing the wifi button on the unit next time I am out in the middle of no where with no data and see if that works. Bluetooth would have been much simpler but I feel that doing that would have left out being able to do frimeware updates for this.

What is the max wattage the printer needs. Lazer printers are a little more power hungry then ink jet printers.

Ecoflow Delta 1300watt....Buyer Beware ...It never stops charging. They don't return my e-mail. Concern that it might catch on fire. Have had it for 2 1/2 months. Think twice before spending more than $ 1,000.00 dollars. Besides I am afraid to leave it out of my sight that it might burn down my house.

Sorry about that. KZbin does have the option to adjust the speed of a video to slow down fast talkers like myself, or speed up those that talk to slowly.
