If there is something i always hated about camo grinding is longshots i almost got all my guns gold but i havent even started going for longshots because it's boring as hell for me , i love running around the maps rushing and killing everyone, for me standing still in one place waiting for people to come to me gets hella boring and thats exactly how you got to play to get longshots, it's not hard but it's boring

Bro… I literally have to fight my urge to go run at people. And worse is with tier 1,…… NO ONE MOVES, they just stand there. I already have my ARs platinum, working on BRs now. Knowing I just need to get 51 platinum weapons in total to unlock Polyatomic is so helpful. I was dreading when I would need to start using the knife and the riot shield.

The knife is super easy you just have to sit in corners and wait for people it is more tedious then hard

Yeah both of the melees were surprisingly easy. Knife took me MAYBE an hour after getting to level 11. Shield was prolly 1.5-2 hours

if you can learn to serpentine the knife is surprisingly easy. Due to the slow strafe speed most people dont expect you to sprint at them zig zag style

you mentioned about the xten angel -40 optic. There is a 2nd target range optic, Angel -40 4.8x (lvl 6 with Rall LMG) looks like you can do both, acts just like a hybrid scope.

I actually found it easier to get platinum in ground war with the travel helicopter, go straight up and then pick off rooftops, made my platinum grind way faster

Doing the AR Longshots in Tier 1 was driving me nuts! Slow, boring and half the players are looking for the same spots. Here's an outlandish idea, but I just went into normal, core Domination and played for the positions shown in the vid (with the Xten Angel optic) and it was quicker AND more fun! Was well worth getting Taq M to lvl 11 for the optic btw, cheeky little 30mins 2xp token and one or two games of shipment.

I have every weapon class gold except for launchers now, and with the update coming on Wednesday I’m going to start the platinum grind tomorrow and then decide whether to skip launchers and do DLC or just get them done on shipment. Play hard point, people don’t camp and you always knows where enemies are when in the hard point and just adjust yourself to a good line of sight towards them

Frfr, and regular shipment is good enough for shottys. Especially if you set them up like a sniper (sniper scope, damage range, tight spread). Shotguns were by far the easiest to grind

Can’t do just 51 for anything over platinum, because in order to unlock platinum challenges, you have to complete the whole weapon category of gold; and so on for poly and Orion. I was just gonna do 1 launcher but couldn’t unlock platinum unless all launchers were at gold. Tip for everyone! Love the vids!

Do kills on Bots/Ai count towards any of these challenges? I noticed when you kill a bot at distance, it will say Longshot but wasn't sure if it counted towards the camo challenges.

I think it would be cool if you had unlocked all the skins required for gold skin, the game would start counting your kills per life and show them to you with each kill.(exmp: Longshot: 38m double kill kills treak: 2) and it will only do this when you use the gun. Then when. You complete the requirements for silver it will record you range a display it with each kill. And it did this everytime you use a gun with the appropriate skin requirements for the next skin your working towards.

That's odd. I got gold ARs with M13 rather than the m16(still lvl 4). And gold SMGs with the MPX rather than the MX-9.

I sadly have a glitch that says I only have 3/4 gold camos for both shotguns and snipers even though I have every weapon in the game gold and can even equip the gold camos :( I can’t get Poly until they release a new shotgun!
