If they would bring back lootboxes for camos, skins, emblems, talismans and all that cosmetic crap, but keep the weapons accessible for everyone, that would be the ideal middle ground. @mr.s9783 I agree and disagree, like I said most of the game is good the rest is smaller issue and then the amount of hackers (for some reason I'm yet to see one). Server issues, I think you all need better internet because I've never had issues. I do think Microsoft need to invest into better servers but right now there trying to recoup losses I'm higher tikrate servers. The largest issue Is every one went on break so issues where allowed to fester.

I love bo6 and I guess I’ve been really lucky not to run into most of the issues I see people complaining about. My ping is usually low, I don’t run into lots (though some) of cheaters in ranked. And the experience for me has been extremely positive. I’ve grinded to dark matter and master prestige for the first time in years in a cod game. I’m not shilling for activision or says they aren’t dropping the ball in so many ways, just that I haven’t really experienced it. I really hope that everyone else’s experience improves and they get to enjoy bo6 the same way I have.

​@@UnsaidHealer The disrespectful part of MWIII was, as you mentioned, the campaign and zombies, but also the fact that it was basically MWII 2: Electric Boogaloo. All of the mechanics could've been a MWII patch, but they knew they could resell the game with the new mechanics and it would work. They relied on MW2 remastered maps to bring people back, told people that they could use MWII weapons (that weren't as viable as MWIII weapons until after everybody moved on to BO6), also had a massive cheater problem, constant packet burst issues, a lot of post-launch content were just remakes of the sames maps already in the game (why are there 5+ versions of Shipment in normal rotation?), worse art design than the previous two games, etc. The multiplayer gameplay might've been good, but it was still plagued with issues.

I had to delete the game. It got to the point where I would play one or two matches and instantly be frustrated with the amount of cheaters. I’ve run into cheaters so much since cross play first happened. But it feels like I’ve run into more this game vs previous games.

I don't even think any COD has had a "solid foundation" since Black Ops 4. Ever since MW 2019, it seems like the games have been designed from the ground up to be as not fun as possible. My first COD was the original MW2 and the only one I skipped was Vanguard. Thank God for Game Pass.

my decision to quit cod was solidified in MWII when the game was broken to the core (connection issues-the most serious one for me), and the studio was just releasing Blackcell and pay to win bundles like the Arthur or Merlin skin with a dog. I was shadow banned out of nowhere after 2 good games, tried to get to know the reason why I was put in a limited matchmaking and tried do make contact a bunch of times with the activision support team. To my surprise, everytime I got a response, it was probably a bot saying how they don't know anything and that the security team is only doing their job. The "punishment" happened on sunday and to this day I still can't play in a non cheater lobby.

They did this with cod ghosts back in the day. I can’t remember what bug it was if it was the abuse of the thermal grenade or something else that was ruining hardcore, but then there was a bug that allowed players to get the Riley wolf skin for free. They patched it within 24 hours and not the bug. This has been an issue for years. Corporate only jumps when their yachts are affected.

An anti cheat is really important I get it but can any top COD youtuber speak up about how awful the audio is in WZ. I played for a few hours today and I swear it has gotten worse today for whatever reason. At least 4-5 times I ran right up to an enemy without them hearing my foot steps at all and vice versa. What I find extremely infuriating is the priority. Between server crashes, bugs and game crashes I‘ve never had a single day where I didn‘t have to restart the game or zombies map because something not working. But what are the updates? Additional mtx with prices that don‘t warrant the micro anymore. Nerfs to directed mode. And the things that do get fixed is f-ing emote spam on the endscreen and fun glitches in zombies. God forbid people have fun in your game. Better fix that.

personally i’m trying to keep my head high on BO6 for once because i’ve actually had fun myself but that’s me. and i think reason why drop count otherwise besides rivals, is literally because the next season is basically a 2 week wait or probably 3(im not best at math) and if people are saying “game dry” it’s not it’s just bugs. another is a team of works who work in a certain department they must somehow still be out. but i think now we need to find something that will actually push back instead of delay the fixes. Cause there’s no way they should be trying to avoid changes and shelving bug fixes for next season. they don’t have the right to say we’re dedicated to our players and not have a fix. this year kinda i made my new year’s resolution not to believe everything a company says if they do not prove themselves truly. so far treyarch has unfortunately been then and sadly thats it. but for now we just need to be patient supposedly and cope with it.

In my opinion COD needs to stop releasing games every year, recently the games feel unfinished maybe if they take more time to create a stable game they can focus more on the creative things as seasons and blueprints when the game is released, it looks like they can’t fix big problems and keep the seasons running at the same time. Also they have more time when the game is released to fix little bugs and inperfections. If a COD game is good i don’t need another one a year later let me just get good at the game and build memories with it. Sad to see that the game is in this state…

Got shadow banned for calling in to many scorestreaks in that new squid games event. Im a legit player, ive never cheated, and never will. I however was going off with that hand canon in that squid game mode and was able to call in dreadnought and chopper gunner every match. After about 2 days of going off, i get a temporary ban. I cant appeal or do anything. Now im stuck in lobbies with legit cheaters every match. How are they even still playing the game, and someone who dosnt cheat get a shadow ban and gets stuck in these lobbies. Its so broken. Ive never played call of duty before this game. Ive been loving it, but the cheater problem and now being shadow banned might be it for me. Really sucks

I’m not even as good as you, and I got shadowbanned last month.. same deal. I had to wait 7 days. All I was doing was headshots for camos. During this time, I think they further investigate your gameplay to determine whether you are truly cheating. If you are, you will be progressed to temporary or permanent ban. If not, then the “limited matchmaking” will be completely lifted.

I've been playing zombies because I play solo a lot of the time and I am also doing the camo grind for that mode because I haven't completed the grind. MP I don't play a whole lot and Warzone I just play Plunder, but it's taking too long for that grind. I'd love to see Payload or some sort of respawn (not like resurgence) mode for Warzone

Personally I think it's the lack of communication and transparency between the player base, Treyarch and Activision that is pissing people off the most. Like you mentioned in the video, no Tweet or social update of any kind regarding the blatant issues with the game. I'm from Australia, our servers are already ass as it is, I legit haven't been able to play a solo game of Zombies in over a week cuz I just start rubber bandin for no reason and then down. Ay I may not be able to play the game but at least I can drop a deposit for a house on squid game bundles LFG!

Thanks for not milking the hate content on this game, Espresso. This game started off fairly strong, but is now quickly losing its momentum and energy that it had at and around its launch. This is how it usually goes for COD during its first couple of months, but this year seems like they are just trying to set a new low for their franchise with this game at the moment. It's quite unfortunate, considering that this game is still quite fun, and even more so because of this game being developed by Treyarch. Who are suppose to be the "GOAT's," but maybe not this year. Unless something changes very soon. Well, there is still the whole rest of the year for this game to try to make a comeback, but well, we'll see.

Literally every cod pro or content creator is saying the same things about cod this year i stopped playing a month ago and it so rewarding to go to other games, something is very wrong with cod and activision and sadly treyarch is no longer who they once were coming from a lifelong cod fan this is bad really bad

Isolating the Hackers on PC only and not dragging down other platforms would be a good start till they can fix the Anti cheat being ineffective issue(Likely never) If I could play Ranked with crossplay off I would still grind the game.

I don’t notice any of the issues you’re talking about. But I also don’t play the game all day and I don’t play warzone. I enjoy getting on, doing my dailies and then getting off. So I can’t say I would notice them. I’m still having fun relaxing and doing my dailies. I do enjoy zombies way more so when I have time to play the game more I usually play zombies solo.

I jumped into MW2019 during Season 3 and played until Cold War came out. CW felt like a massive step back in gameplay, animations, sound design, graphics... and I dropped it after a few weeks. Now, years later, I have bought BO6 to play with my friends. The core game is enjoyable but the biggest issue, to me, is the connection quality. I play on PS5 and on ethernet, I get 3 ping, 0% packet loss and occasional lag. On wifi, however, it is unplayable. I get 12 ping but insane unplayable lag. No other game I own has this issue. It feels like the online infrastructure is held together by duct tape and a dream.

None of the devs want to work together, Treyarch doesn’t have a functional anti cheat because it doesn’t use MWIIIs version, I went back to that game since I basically skipped it.

I've asked this before... If there is no punishment for cheaters, why don't we all do it? I won't personally, I'll just go to a different game or play zombies but the point stands. Server issues...... Omg solo zombies games and I stutter depending on the server I get connected to.

Thank you for talking about the flowing low calling card you are one of the few people that talk about that being bug . Also I stop playing not enough challenges to play this game. Events are boring and not pleasant like the squid games event is extremely boring

Yeah, I've been trying to play less BO6 since no major fixes like many streamers keeps brining up. Not buying any bundles despite some of them cool looking. And been playing older CoD titles and other games to pass the time like Borderlands 3 for example. Overall, I agree with ya that something needs to change, and it needs to be sooner than later.

I’m happy to see people finally opening their eyes about these manipulative algorithms. This is what is plaguing the game and server instability. Once the community knows the game is playing you instead of you playing the game huge changes have to be made or we will continue see the fall of this franchise.

In my opinion, I have gracefully given up on Bo6 multiplayer, I will never ever get into the SWEATBOX known as warzone. I have gone back and replayed mw3, and as shocked as I am, I'm having more fun with that game than I've ever had when it first released.
