Thanks, the amount of time i hear 'well the customer never came back' and im instantly thinking 'did you ask why?'. There's not much point of a world class website if you dont follow up on enquiries. A customer is around 70% intent on buying your product when they reach out to you, its upto the seller to take them to 100%

A lot of people have forgotten about real world marketing and customer interaction when it comes to ecommerce, which is a shame but a great opportunity for those that do it!

Paul what platform for an ecommerce would you recommend for someone with a very low budget and wants to get into the market I really can't decide

Hi, it is very difficult to make a general recommendation as requirements vary from business to business but Ecwid is something worth considering as they offer a free plan (kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJCWlqCGZbF6rbM) and their paid plans start from $15/m but the platform is limited in a few ways. WordPress (self-hosted) can be a good option for small budgets but there is more technical requirements on your part as you need to find hosting, then make your site secure, optimized and maintained. Slightly off topic but if you are on a very low budget, how do you plan on marketing your website?
