I must begin by saying that I’m liking your content in the last few videos I discovered, but, as a business owner, I must disagree on the frequency of emails. I find it very intrusive to receive newsletter emails more than once a week. Over time (after thousands of accumulating emails I leave unopened), when I do periodic clean-ups, I end up either unsubscribing, reporting spam, or both. Just thought I’d share a real use case experience.

I am trying to create a niche agency & have been reaching out to potential clients on LinkedIn and via email to ask about their pain points so I can create a customer avatar & at least know if it's a market I can help before building a new online brand for them to go to. I am getting no traction..na-da. I dont know how to reach out to ppl anymore than I have. Hey Bernice, this might help. When reaching out and asking questions it's all about "you" and how they can help you. Better to offer to help with with some specific thing (whatever you're thinking of offering) and seeing if they show any interest to that.
