@Bobafe77a Right now AUD .6198 wouldn’t take much to slide 5 years low and much lower, my feelings, we are rooted , that’s just a gut feeling, not a 50/50 bet like most economists, most of my capital is in USD securities, I unloaded 75% of my realestate a while ago because the writing is on the wall however our government have no intention of stop this ridiculous , immigration, look at what they are proposing now , barring workplace delegations from government road work, Martin data is pretty spot on but he gives a 3 way split bet , and I don’t blame him, but the only one to blame is our own government

@@mylimomelbourne4757 I agree with you. The AUD value is definitely concerning. This'll spur further inflation. I'm now investing in renovating. One house per year. Live in and work the property myself, then sell it. I may do two and get sick of it, but the ROI will be ok.

The problem i see with going is that everyone sends to look to government and the big companies to build more. For individuals is prohibitive to build nurse of all the regulation, high costs for approvals, licensing etc. I have a cube acre block with great street frontage. I could build the big family homes myself but it's not possible because of legislation, zoning etc.. we, the people need to choice what we do and not be controlled by government and systems that don't work

Yes, When you talk to Computer programmers who worked for Microsoft that are as old as Martin when they first started out in the USA early 70’s that actually wrote basic code back then for things like the dial tone on a telephone and they understand computers and grew up with them but still don’t understand where cryptocurrency will end up in the future but no it has no limit and computer and Ai will be the future and can’t believe how far it has come, yes we have all been left standing on the platform at the station witnessing the evolution of technology leave us all in the past while it travels like time into the future however I would never underestimate Martin.
