Around the 20 min mark talking about wind speed and energy levels. When my wind spikes I throw an E storage and an adv. solar or two while I can easily afford it to avoid future stalls. What is your opinion on this approach?

My apologies for the late reply! I wouldn't base that on a game time, it depends on the state of the game and map. If wind is bad and you are building solar, there isn't much need to build a storage super early. Usually a E storage happens closer to like 4 or 5 minutes, adv solar closer to 5 or 6 minutes or so (give or take a minute or 2) - at 20 minutes, people should be closer to an afus than anything.
