Delegation Skills and the 4-Step Process

Today's theme is "Delegation". It's not a major topic, but if a company doesn't proactively encourage managers to delegate their tasks, the company's growth would become slow. If managers don't delegate their tasks, their workload will not be reduced, and it prevents their direct reports' growth. However, delegation would motivate direct reports, give them more experience so they'd be able to do more work. The bosses would also be able to concentrate on other important tasks and be appreciated and more respected. Delegation can raise the morale of the entire company, increase the number of employees with more skills, and then the total amount of work done will increase dramatically. This video will explain delegation principles, skills and the 4-Step process.

this is a great training g concept , easy to understand the process of doing and understanding the the full outcome of it's benefits eased me feelings about delegating. My thinking now is to become effective and i will have my boss;s job here or some where else.
