Ecosystems of Mount Baker | Alpine Lakes, Mountain Meadows, and Old Growth Forests

Explore each ecosystem of the Mt Baker wilderness that can be reached through hikes or swims! From camping in an old growth forest to hiking into mountain meadows to swimming in cold alpine lakes, this is the full washington experience of breathtaking mountains, amazing views, and diverse natural landscape of plants and wildlife. As always we will identify native wildlflowers and learn about the geology and botany that shape the amazing feats of nature you'll see in this video! There is so much biodiversity along the trail to discover and learn about! These are some of my favorite volcanoes and peaks of the pacific northwest, as there are the best spots to hike and swim in the north cascades.
