If you're ready to step up to a low wing aerobatic plane, the ECOTOP MARACANA is the perfect choice.
This optimally balanced airplane combines excellent stability with expert-level maneuverability. The large area and perfectly selected airfoil of the main wing and precision design fuselage delivers calm control response while the large control areas produce dynamic stunt flight capability. However, while producing the flight performance expected of a dedicated stunt flier design, the MARACANA traces its lines so smoothly though the air it stands apart from other aerobatic airplanes.
The quickbuild kit comes in ARF specifications complete with vinyl film covering and is very straightforward to build.
You can use both Gas Power (.40 to .46 glow engine) or Electric Power.

Salute to Capt Blazz!! great level headed no pressure dead stick. You sat her down perfectly. I applauded and my dogs looked at me like I was nuts, hey. Does the cold drain the battery more on the lipo? I know most batteries are sucked quickly in the cold. Thank you as always for the adventures. Another amazing video, a big salute to Capt Blaz and Capt Robert. That final tuning when you upped the idle speed just a hair, you could feel and hear it purr and knew it would not die out again. Ahhhh, the sound of the gas engine. If I remember right many years ago when the gas got a little old, we would add a little bit of naptha gas to the tank and it seemed to spice up the old gas eh? ha ha .. Happy Flying

I have been flying a super hots with an evolution 10cc since 2015. It is one the most reliable & economical engines in my fleet . I realize that adding a little extra oil to the mixture makes it run better. Once you get yours adjusted correctly you will love that engine. Nice plane!

A few teething problems at the start but never in doubt it was going to fly. Superb and it took to the air nice and stable. Lots of power. I like the little teasing prop hang before you flew it, very cool. Always makes my day complete eh! Nice dead stick at the end...perfect landing!

RC Hobbyist Extreme. Still no maidened it yet. My club is on the north side of a forest and our runway doesn’t take any sun at all at this period of the year, that means everywhere else is dry but the runway still covered in snow :-(

My first two planes were also fuel models. Love the sound and the duration so much. I dont however love the constant setting of the idle screw and mixture and guessing if its the glowplug that needs replacing again etc. Electric, just plug and go but its a cop out to fuel. I agree with some of the others. Please Please be more careful around that prop. No need to hurry - the longer these last the better any way. That is a great little gasser engine. Ive never seen one in only 10cc usually only glow engines or 4 stroke glow engines are that size, very cool, i cant decide wether i like the sound of a two stroke glow engine a four stroke glow engine or a two stroke gas engine they all sound great to me.

Great dead stick landing. Those are my favorite landings. Only have one chance to do it perfectly or it goes bad. I did a lot of dead stick landings on purpose, that makes the adrenaline rush much better. Good job captain Blaz on your flight. Good job on the camera work pilot Robert.
