Thank you for the video. Unfortunately this did not help me. I get this error constantly and my Deebot is driving backwards, but my bumper is fine. I cleaned it and it moves as it should. I even opened it up like you and checked all the connections, all seem fine. Do you have another suggestion I can try?

My issue was dust on the optical sensors for the bumper pivoting arms, located behind the bumper. Cleaned with electronic spray and Q tips. This on a N8 Pro

Hello from KL! I would like to thank you for this video, I managed to repair my 6 weeks old T9 without the hassle of sending to the service center. Apparently there is a black sticker that stick on the bumper click that prevented it bouce back. Once i removed it. My T9 is back to normal. Thabk you so much!

Hi guys, are you able to provide parts? I have two broken brush drive pegs (Deebot N8+), both red and green. I have 3D printed a replacement bit but one didn’t stick well. I don’t want to have to replace the entire motor/gearbox just for these tiny parts. Do you have any spares?

Bro, I’ve got a Deebot OZMO 920 series and I’ve been having issues with wifi connection. It was was working fine previously on the same wifi network but stopped few weeks ago and started giving notifications like “resetting to default settings”. It gets connected to wifi sometimes after so many tries but looses the connection in few minutes. What could be the issue and how to resolve it?

Better contact ecovacs service centre in Delhi if they refused then plz check online sellers like Ali Xpress, Amazon etc...hopefully can get there

Hello, pls help. My Ecovacs Deebot ozmo T8 AIVI. Suddenly stop working. Warranty has expired and I was told by customer service to go buy a new one😢 I paid about $800 and I’m not willing to pay for another one that wouldn’t last me past the warranty period. Issue: it’s turns on but it wouldn’t connect online and the robot wouldn’t move. I have tried to reset my router, followed the reset instructions but no success. The WiFi indicator just keeps blinking and the eco WiFi never shows up in my setting.

In these circumstances you mentioned normally is just motherboard issue...if you can find motherboard online.. replace at home...if don't understand can asked..most welcome

Yes in this case normally I replace water pump or solenoid valve... only these 2 parts are related to this issue
