Nice mate, I still have the old Xiaomi you covered all those years back. One of the first with lidar battery still does the flat fine.

@techtablets I also own the 1st generation Xiaomi vacuum cleaner with the laser on top, it has still the original battery. The 70m2 apartment is cleaning smoothly, usually 40% of the battery is left after cleaning.

From what I was able to google as of late 2024 the best of the best are Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and the newest Roborock Qrevo Master. The main issue with this one you are reviewing is that it doesn't have any water compartment in mobile unit. so every 10 mins to wash the mops... meh...

Great question I’m in the process of testing that X ultra now (Just got it) and unfortunately it’s too early to say but that video is coming soon. The ultra is also very good and might be better at mopping with that mop design.

Hi sadly not so you set the time for it to go back and reset the mop. My next Ecovacs video the more expensive T30S Ai does have the internal water tank.

@@Techtablets You really don't know, their camera footage is not encrypted and sent to china, along with the maps and microphone samples. Ecovacs claim this is to improve their AI features .Huge security flaw, so use this model if you want China accessing all your private data.

​@@Dan50193don't mean to jump in here but just so everyone knows Tiktok does the same thing with accessing your mic and camera and has been proven via a hacker that the app takes pictures without consent and records audio and scans peoples pictures in their phone even when not uploaded to the app and it is sent to China servers.
