Has anyone else had problem with removal of mopping plate from reservoir? It is easy to click on to reservoir ready for mopping. Was easy to empty reservoir and detach velcroed mop for cleaning. However to remove/detach the mopping plate from reservoir was very difficult and I thought I was going to break the clips with the force I had to use.

Deb McC how did you do it? I’m having the same problem

I used brute force to put it back on. Plus the loss of fingernails.

@@debmcc8854 got mine yesterday and tried to do this it is difficult. i jiggled it and one side came off and them the other side pulled off. Looked in the user manual (nothing) and this 930 model has no clips it seems. Guess i better grow more fingernails!

I found a way to pop it off easily, not much strength required at all. Don’t use your finger tips, instead form your hand into a first with your thumb on top supporting the edge of the water reservoir around the plate “latch”. Then, with the side/knuckle of your pointer finger dig under and angle/rotate upwards. Each side should pop right off, all finger nails intact! Hope that made sense..

My deebot won't mop. The water does not come out, tried poking the three holes under with a needle (as suggested by the service center person), it worked at first but after a few minutes the water wouldn't come out again. Why does this happen and how do I fix this?

Do you need yhe mopping part on just to vacuum? If not then leave the mop plate on and take out reservoir??

My mopping feature stopped working. Seems like this is a major flaw with this product.

Probabilmente la batteria è esausta. Le istruzioni dicono che si può tenere sempre in carica ma così credo che si rovini prima del tempo.

When programming zones all the angles are right angles, it doesn’t work in the real world. Mine is all off diagonally. You need to have flexible zones like those in the Ring camera setup.

How about 950 HEPA filter, can it be washed or not?
@BrziSven4 жыл бұрын
Hepa filter should not be washed, everything else can be washed.
@jonnylee85384 жыл бұрын
But in the user's manual for 920/950 it is said washable. Thus it's confusing.
@BrziSven4 жыл бұрын
@@jonnylee8538 It depends on type of filter, is it permanent or temporary. I have read this one should be changed, probably thus why they gave spare ones in the box :) You could check how does washing/vacuuming/cleaning affects HEPA filter here. smartairfilters.com/en/blog/should-i-clean-wash-hepa-filter/
@jonnylee85384 жыл бұрын
@Sven Brzovic I have read that article you gave before. But that article it's not really valid as he washed the non-washable HEPA filter and of course the filtration of the filter itself decreased significantly as a result. Roborock published videos on how to maintain their robot vacuums for S5 & S6, and in these videos they clearly stated that their HEPA filters are washable. Please check them out here: m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6PGanyXhZh9qLM m.kzbin.info/www/bejne/sH2Wq6d5rtN7f7s

@@jonnylee8538 That is why I sent you that video and told you not to wash it, just change it for the best. I guess you can follow those videos. I am not owning Roborock so not sure if there is any difference between two. Just wanted to share what I have found as statement of theirs and overall on internet about HEPA filters and how they work :D Hope you can deal with the "problems"

that looks like a pain in the ass spend more time cleaning this things parts than just doing the vacuuming with an old type vac lol
