@chris stead, when are you expecting to receive the model for testing? Looking forward to your video to make purchase decision on same. I am confused between t20 omni and t30 pro omni. T20 is older model and has alot of reviews but T30 is new and has almost negligible honest reviews. So confused right now

My t30 is all confused on what it's supposed to do, like mopping carpets as well as floors. Do I need a reset?

@@gib945 Yeah that's not good. The sensor is supposed to pick it up. A reset is always a worth while first step.

Hey Chris it looked like it was mopping the carpet at times? Did you feel if the carpet was damp?

It seemed alright, but I do want to test it myself as they always use super small pile carpet in these demos.

There is gap between one mop and the other. I think this can create a gap in cleaning the floor

Maybe a small gap, but I didn't notice it leaving a line on the floor of unclea. ground. It probably bushing the water across the gap and into the neighboring mop.

Mop extending function on this T30 pro is not really as intelligent as the one on Dream X4 robot. X4 only extends the mop when it is against something like furniture or wall or edge of something, when it is really needed. T30 Pro doesn't really know when to extend the mop so it constantly extends the mop regardless where it is, even when it is not against any edge.

Just double checking, but I'm guessing this insight comes from your personal experience with the two robots? What's your worry here if it over does it? That it will break faster? Or is it extending when it's not supposed to, and not extending when it is supposed to? Thank you for adding your experience to the convo.

@@motivatedtravel it’s not really pro if it doesn’t know when to extend and when to not extend. And they don’t even clearly mention on the advertising. Constant extending also leaves a gap between the two pads that the robot now has to go one more round on the same path that it already covered just to cover that missed gap again.

​​@@viswanathkumar3106 from my observation no area is being missed out. T30 Pro is programmed to mop with the arm extended, and to me that's a good thing. The edge cleaning is more efficient as it basically glides along the wall and corners, and able to reach into small gaps; seldom miss out on anything.

Wir haben unseren erst gestern bekommen doch leider ist der Roboter echt schlecht ! Tierhaare werden nicht von den fließen abgesaugt !

Das ist enttäuschend. Ich habe noch kein Gerät zum Testen erhalten und konnte es daher nicht selbst testen. Also keine Tierhaare saugen, auch nicht mit 11.000 Pa?
