Bought narwal Freo X plus but it did not come with basic bins for dust and mop. After over a month fighting with Amazon they did not replace the product and I had to return the product and purchase a new one while paying 2k extra.

Another great video,Saumya One question here...do robots with auto emptying capability need plug point of 15-16 amps?? Because most of us keep robots in living room and very difficult to get 15 amps socket here. Generally 15 amps sockets are in kitchen. How do you tackle this??

Good question Neeta! Yes, they do need 16A plugpoint - especially the ones that use heat for washing the mop. If you are not using the heat cleaning, you can consider converting it to a 5A slot using an adapter - although that is not recommended by the brands. It's a chance I take and so far have not had issues.

Yes madam. I have also been thinking on this product. It is costing about 15k lesser than T30 pro omni. From what I see other than voice based capabilities, everything else seems to be at par with T30 pro omni.

Hi, you can wash it after a full home clean. It takes fresh water for cleaning through the cycle. But you may consider cleaning it once every room for a better cleaning.

BTW, my friend has one from Eureka forbes and he told me that at time moping spreads the material instead of cleaning. PS: There was a goof-up of cm/inch a couple of times. I agree. My first robot vacuum was an ILIFE - close to 4.5 years ago. They still make good products but with many international brands making an entry into the Indian market - it's gonna get tough. Milagrow, Mecturing, and ILIFE are the original brands predominantly marketed for India.

I was able to get the N20 pro for 15K from flipkart. It is really good with Hair de tangling which was an issue with the Y1 pro and the brush had to be cleaned all the time. Also, it doesn’t come with Auto lift mop features instead it can detect carpets and avoid it.

A simple look at the customer feedback and reviews of the dreame d10s shows the sheer rate of faulty units and issues which the customers are facing without any solutions. It might look good on paper with those specifications but in reality it's not a good enough product with this percentage of unsatisfied customers. How did you suggest it over the much more reliable ilife t10s is completely beyond my understanding.
