I wonder if you have to use the nvidia power adapter for the GPU power (using 3 cables to power the 4090) or if you just can use one single cable. This PSU should be able to handle 600 watt thorugh only one cable?

As for colored cables, I think the best way is to go the route EVGA did, where they sell sleeved cable kits in various colors for their power supplies. That way you know you are getting the proper cables for your PSU, and be quiet! doesn't need to have many different SKUs just for cable color differences.

Got sweet deal on the 1200w dark power pro before xmas. It's classy unit and impressive bit of kit. Just got the 12vhpwr cable adapter for it today. Well worth the extra money to tidy up those ugly nvida supplied adapters.

@Redline2695 I had to return it and a 13 1500w. Had nothing but issues with my 7950x and 4090 randomly loosing power. I switched to an asus rog Thor 1600w and it's been good ever since.
