That's a tough case and you really have to get it right. This was my favorite video out of your collection because it was not picture perfect, it was not clean, but you got all the information you needed. I find transabdominal pelvic scan to be the hardest for me. Show us more videos on how to locate the ovaries and include the iliacs as landmarks. I think other sonographers call it a decidual reaction surrounding the gestational sac...anyway, thank u, it was really informative.

there's an echogenic lesion in the right ovary, please confirm if is Cystic teratoma.
