I never ordered a plant to come with the mail, should I only do it in spring? I've been into plants since this summer amd now I have a much deeper spectrum of whishlist plants, I feel like now it's much much too cold to have a plant shipped, should I wait until next spring?

Did they happen to know you have a KZbin channel? Unfortunately my girlfriend didn’t have so much good luck with getting easy refunds or replacement for those with damage.

They didn’t know about my channel before and I had no problem getting a replacement plant. I’ve never asked them for a refund. They always offer to send me a replacement plant. If you are unsatisfied with the plant condition, make sure to contact them within 3 days. They usually wont do anything after.
