At the moment our product options cannot be set up to depend on the previous selection, yet you could use the Advanced Product Options app and hide the next options based on the previous selection. This was a huge help! Thank you. Am I right to think that there is no feature that allows you to link certain product images to drop down options then? Lets say I'm listing different coloured scarves and have added photos of all the colours in my range. Is there's nothing I can do to make the red image scarf photo appear when 'red' is selected? Thank you! I have a question, if you're using Stripe as your payment processor, do I need to create a brand new payment link for the options if I want to charge the customer $5.00 more. For example, an 18" necklace costs 25 dollars, and I want to charge $5.00 more for someone who wants the necklace in 26". Do I need to create another payment link?

Hello, You can actually use the feature called Product Options that allows setting up price modifiers for certain options. The feature is described via the link: support.ecwid.com/hc/en-us/articles/207099959-Product-options You won't need to create any payment link at all as the purchase will go through your store's checkout. Hi! The Options feature is available on the Free plan, so most of the option types are free (e.g. Date Picker, Radio Buttons). Yet, there's one option type that can be created on paid plans only (the Venture plan and higher tier plans). This option is Upload Files. 1. What to do if I want to provide the customer an option to enter the quantity of the product to purchase? Being a language service provider, I have listed my product as proofreading, charges on a per-page basis, one page = 350 words, 1-word cost = xyz What if the customer wants to place an order for 50 pages of proofreading? Can I give him that option? How? 2. Can I also give him an option to customize his product on the basis of the number of units directly? If someone wants me to proofread an article of 1000 words (units), can I give him an easy option to place a customized order by entering the number of words and auto calculation of the amount?

What i dont like is what if i have 1 medium and 2 large in stock but it shows i have 3 in stock so someone orders 2 medium and 1 large but i only have 1 medium left… then i have to refund my customer! This is not good product option variety

Hi! To be able to specify options stock you should set up product variations our of your product options. For example, there will be 1 Medium and 2 Large items in stock and customers will not be able to order 2 Medium product variation.
