This is regarding Delhi high court on delhi govt comment deleted by law chakra so commenting in another video: It's apsilutely a matter of JUDICIAL OVERREACH, Judgements looks like defamation of Delhi Government, isn't it true that LG of delhi is responsible for the officials transfer and accountability, also Delhi high court should act on their pending cases 1st and clear their backlogs before overreaching into the arena of Executive machinery, Also it seems like some judges without any cooling of period joining the ruling BJP party doesn't it to be smell with caution to be possibly a CONFLICT OF INTEREST.

I don't understand why AK should still be in jail. Horrible and miserable state of affairs in the judicial and legal systems where even release on bail and opportunity to the accused to arrange for his defence cannot be effected. Are we in a libertarian democracy or an authoritarian dictatorship?
