I've always gone north from the Polk City Trailhead, confining myself to the Van Fleet Trail. Many times... After seeing this, it's clear that I need to go south next time, and I've already loaded it into my Garmin Edge 1030+. Thank you for sharing another great route and showing me the error of my ways, Ed!

Great video. I've been meaning to take this trail with a visit to Peebles BBQ. It would be great if they added trails to Lake Alfred and downtown Lakeland.

Thanks Ed. I'm in Apopka for 3 months so will do this route. Looks interesting. Why no cue sheet? I did a TRACE on the route to get a cue sheet to know where I am going.

@@Ed_Cycles It looks like you are posting a ride and not a route. You need to use ROUTE PLANNER in RWGPS to get cue sheets. Hope this helps.
