In the 80's to early 90's both white and black kids had something to talk about with each other. Yo Mtv Raps was a unifier. Granted I was a metal kid but I appreciated what the show was and vice versa. Music is the universal language.

Every time I see a Vlad interview it got something to do with NWA, Death Row, Tupac, Eazy E or Suge. And the talk about Michel’le having a baby by Suge and Dre. Vlad could interview Beyoncé and I guarantee you the first question he gone ask is “Did you know Michel’le had a baby by Suge and Dr Dre?!” I interviewed such and such and they said ... Did your husband Jay Z ever worked with Tupac , do he know who was involved with his murder?! 😂😂 bruh tell me I’m not lying

Love hearing Ed interviews. He brings back alot of my childhood memories listening to him . l was born in Rockville Center. Lived in Hempsted. My sister went to school with Chuck D. in Roosevelt High school. Use to chill on Farmers Blvd back in the day. I remember seeing Ed , L.L. & Stephen A Smith all the time , before they were famous. I even remember L.L grandfather ; Mr Todd because he was cool with my grandfather. Every time Ed does interview He takes me back. He a certified legend. Plenty of hip hop history. Salute to Ed Lover. Keep doing your thing Brother ✊🏾

I wish MTV Raps would of lasted longer, and I wish they would of had a separate MTV R&B show or segment to let those artists get their shine too. A lot of classic R&B albums didn’t get the sales or the promo they deserved cause there was no official platform to put the spotlight on them like Yo! MTV Raps.

Dr Dre and Ed Lover are legends in Hip Hop and they could rap too. They made one tape, CD, Record called "Whos the man" Made a movie called Whos the man and had its own soundtrack. Whos the man had all kinds of cameos Ice-T, Kriss Cross, Naughty by Nature, B-Real, House of Pain, Bush Wic BIll, Busta Rymes and Leaders of The New School, Q-Tip, Queen Latifah, Flavor Flav, Fab 5 Freddy, Stretch was in it but not 2Pac which I never got cause Ed Lover was good friends with Pac, Stretch, and Treach, Ed Lover was even a member of the The Live Squad which was on Strickly for my Niggaz 5 Deadly Venoms was Pac The Live Squad, Treach, Apache, Maj from The Live Squad I wonder if Pac was just to busy to be in it.

Who cares dude. Either you choose to believe or you don't. How old are u? If u are old enough u would know it is an undisputed fact that Pac and Ed were close close friends. And Stretch (who was friends with Ed first) and Pac were closer. This is an accepted fact. They all hung out together. So why is the story far-fetched??
