I so hope that this wonderful campaign doesn't turn out to be a clever commercial that culminates in an (as yet unannounced) pharma "super pill" for mental health. Turmaric, Omega 3's, Dark Green Veg, Walnuts, Soybean, Canola are just some foods missing from the common diet that make so much difference. I just wish that (at least one of these Heads Together) would mention this. :(

I get the impression Heads Together is really about de-stigmatising mental illness and showing it's ok to be open about it, which is great. I agree there is so much helpful info on diet and nutrition that is missing from the mainstream regarding treating mental illness.
