this was filmed at Andrea's home in Italy. Andrea is a world famous classical tenor who still tours and has been fmous for many years. He is also blind and has been since age twelve. The two darkheaded men you see with him are his The tallest one ,Matteo has inherited his father's voice the lady is Andrea's wife They also have a a young daughter, Virginia who is about twelve who has a beautiful voice. there are several videos of Andrea singing with other singers and on with with a duet with his son. They are singing Fall On Me. It's beautiful. Matteo was asked if he were nevous sing with his dad. He said No., I've done it all my life.

This is beautiful. Andrea is one of the greatest singers alive today. He has dueted with all of the top artist around so for him to team up with Ed was a masterpiece. All credit to Ed who could have just over lapped his English version with Andreas Italian but to learn it and sing it so well in Italian himself in a room full of italians took guts. It is difficult to sing in your non native language as music can sometime distort the correct pronunciation of some words. One great example was the end of the 1982 Eurovision Song Contest. The winner was the German entry "Ein bißchen Frieden" or 'A Little Peace' sung by a young german girl called Nicole. At the end the winning artist is asked to sing the song again. So Nicole did so in German, when she got to the first chorus she switched to English (which went down astorm as the contest was held in the Uk that year) next she switched to French, and then the next chorus in Dutch, ending the song in German I think.
