I also have been there... i que up at about 3 p.m. and stand in the 2nd-3rd row... the stage is located in the middle of the arena so everyone has a good view :)

i was at his concert in amsterdam. 45 minuts before te show started and i also get a front line spot. it depends on which show you go to, i was extremly lucky haha.
