I think Ed raised an interesting point about strenuous exercise and a rogue gene. My friend's fit and health conscious son and an ex manager of mine both developed MND and they were both extremely fit young men. My friend's son was into rock climbing, always in the gym and cycled everywhere and regularly swam and there was no one who knew him could believe that he would get this brutal disease. Hoping Ed is doing well, coping and still living a good life with his family and friends.

Wonderful episode boys- incredible balance between the serious nature of this dreadful illness and wonderful humour of the stories. Ed never change big lad, always a class act off and on the pitch. Never stop believing 🍺
