EDC "Get Home Bag" Loadout | Items to Carry in an Urban Environment

It's not always possible to get away into the wilderness. If you find yourself in an urban environment, I hope this video provides you with some options on what to carry in your bag.
Kansas City is the town I live in, and I find myself far away from my house on a regular basis. I put together this "get home bag" as an emergency kit to assist me in getting back to my family if something were to happen. Another thing I wanted out of this bag was to provide some items that I could use as I go about my daily business. I think this bag covers both of those things! Let me know what you think!

Great idea with the maps. I live in the KC area as well. I keep a “hike and bike” map in my GHB. Helps keep you off the main roads in case of an emergency. Also those fatty sticks are great, I have them too. Overall nice set up sir.

Great bag, my kit is amazingly very similar to yours. We musta learned from the same people. You might want to add some OC spray to use as protection from people or animals that try to harm you.

If you break it down to whatever you may carry/utilize daily, and add in a couple extra items, it doesn't really matter so much which direction you're going. Basic survival is the aim.

Glad someone found the name because I forgot. Someone else asked about it. I looked everywhere and couldn't find one for sale. I purchased mine from Scheels several years ago. Can't even find one on eBay. It is a great pack.
