Yours if you want it no charge and i'll ship it; -A bunch of laser cut blanks from utica/cutco/camillus/cuda (all 1084 or 1095 fixed blades that are fairly easy to heat treat). -Some exotic wood scales (wear respiratory protection because a lot of people are allergic to exotic African wood dust). -Piece of paper micarta (same as i used on the knife below). -Camillus Cuda Talonite bead blasted fixed blade w/ paper micarta handles (made from a blank). -Some CarbonV cold steel knives (one i modded w/ a cocobolo handle). -microtech folder ATS34 -benchmade folder in M2 let know know

You can take that horizontal loop and turn it into a verticle inside the waistband carry quite easily. Just move the snap hardware and loop all to one side, invert the loop (snap up, loop down), and screw it back together (only the bushing in the back). Voiola, IWB looped.

Great video. Crazy thing my daughter just moved to New Hampshire. With the white river you can spin the strap around and carry it vertically on the inside of the belt.

They have k294 and cpm rex t15 on there right now for $95 and $75 respectively. I ordered one of each, and im really excited for the k294 (bohlers version of cpm 10v)

The ESEE’s are performing way better than the Gecko. The Gecko *apparently* was 60 HRC. The ESEE’s are like 55-57 I believe.

Why are you limited in what you can say about the Bark River?

I do not know what the tiptoeing around Bark River is, but if there is an issue with fit and finish on your knife (handle or liner separation or epoxy where it should not be), they actively encourage you to send it back to them to make it right. They do not make a habit of sending knives out to their dealers with poor finish. As for BRK's treatment of Magnacut, it is no secret they are not treating it to 63-64; they do that for more toughness so that a knife with exceptional edge holding does not also become brittle in hard use (a lesson they learned with CPM-M4 and the reason they will never use that steel again). As for corrosion resistance, it seems to perform well, but even Eric Glesser of Spyderco is on record saying that Magnacut is not as stain resistant as H2 and will stain under certain uses. I am sorry, but I am not a fan of the "hush, hush drama vibes" around Bark River. They are one of the most transparent production knife makers out there and have pioneered super steel use in fixed blades since the early 2000's. Test that Water Moccasin like a rented mule. If you break it, Bark River will fix or replace it.

@@IDGBZ, That is good information to know. I remember Mike Stewart being reluctant to run steels that high again after having more than a few blades in CPM M4 snap in hard or careless use.
