Why go with the G48 instead of say a G26 or G19 to share mags with the G17?
@AZGearGuy4 жыл бұрын
G26 is too small for my liking considering the g43x and 48 are options. A 19 is a great option too. I just like the compatability of the new gen glocks.

The Kershaw Link and Knockout are currently sitting in my BDU cart. They both seem a little large and heavy for an EDC knife. Would this be a correct assessment? For reference, my current EDC knife is just a simple Kershaw Shuffle II which seems to be significantly lighter and smaller. Excellent bag choice my friend. I found myself carrying the Vertx EDC Ready Pack 2.0 over the Commuter Sling 2.0. Sling bags don't work for me. I keep requesting that Vertx create a bag the size of the Commuter Sling 2.0 but in a backpack model instead of a sling. Many people, including myself, prefer a backpack over a sling bag. Especially when one carries a PDW in their bag. I built a 7" 300BO with LAW folder (we fondly refer to her as "Betty Blackout") specifically designed so it would fit in my EDC Ready Pack 2.0. She would also fit in the Commuter Sling and even the HSP Flat Pack Plus but I don't support Haley Strategic any longer. I'll save that whole HSP ordeal for another day but I promise it'll make you scoff in utter bewilderment! Lastly, I added some new trauma kits to my EDC gear both bag and vehicle. The NAR Individual Patrol Officer Kit (IPOK). I keep one in the secondary compartment of my Vertx bag and one in the glove box in our vehicle. Gave the third one to my wife so she could keep it in her desk at work. I also don't recall any mention of some illumination device. We find that we use our EDC lights more than any other piece of gear. It's amazing how often you need a flashlight once you start to carry one. Before I forget, I also carry a Kleen Kanteen as my constant companion to my bag. This is AZ after all and we're always in need of constant hydration year-round. Remembering this adage could save your life - _"Hydrate often - avoid the coffin."_ Stay classy my friends. EDITED for double spacing.
