Great job mate, you kept saying you didnt have a crane but you literally used a crane to drop the gearbox down from storage and that would of done the job on both problems hahah

Good video Michael, my advise is do not use cdb for ANY service items as they will not last the weeks it will take to get the engine running. They sell very poor quality parts.

I have a gearbox that’s been in my parents garage (stored dry) for a good number of years you can have for £50 if needed. In Surrey a few miles in from J8 off M25

Probably already too late but don’t run that gt28 maxpedo turbo they are laggy as hell and just snap into boost, you’d be better off running a Saab td0415t

You were complaining about the lack of a craine but you have the subframe on a trolley and a craine above the dyno, why not roll the engine stand and subframe to the craine? 😂

@ignitionadvantages6592 I did indeed but you used the ramp. Equally acceptable but I was talking about the craine that you used to drop the gearbox down. On another thought, I wonder if you could put a pulley above the ramp and use that craine as an engine hoist when you need one?

Is the 90 deg before tdc for crank sensor to give the electronics time for any delay ?

No... its a timing count down reference point. On this type of system, the reference must not be within the spark firing window.
