First of all.. got SUPER lucky with Edda, I got her in 2 single pulls. Secondly, I got the game survey , and I made sure to note that they really need to allow us to upgrade materials with lower level materials, and I also pointed out they needed to increase the drop rate on the dust to upgrade gear, spending 40 energy to not even get one level is ridiculous! But overall still having fun with this game.

Can't forget the Disaster Bottle trinket which is basically Abyss' Level 2 Debuff skill in instant form! Little RNG dependant, but it enables Edda herself to inflict 80% MDEF down, and up to 100% if you use the War Horn tactic! EDIT: Turns out the RNG seed is updated on every character turn, and not set for the whole round. If you just backtrack to the start of Edda's turn then you'll always apply the same debuffs with Disaster Bottle, but if you go back at least one character and slightly change your actions you'll get different debuff results. Could be useful if you really need the MDEF II to land.

Well i managed to pull Edda.... on the Beryl Col banner lol. I told myself I'd only go for Edda if I got Beryl. I also managed to pull Gloria pretty early when I started out (the real reason I didn't bother rerolling). I am a bit nervous hearing you mention how she can just fill in for Gloria if you don't have her. I'm sure she'll be fun though. I also have Lilywill so I'm kind of swimming in watchers lol.

Thank you for going into the details of every skill, even the ones that are highlighted or recommended. I have a few questions: Do we know if that liquor debuff stays on enemies after they move out of the liquor tile? Does the 40% magic defense down from liquor stack with a standard magic defense down debuff? Do the Guidance of the World effects happen when a character is charging, or on the turn that they used a charging attack? For example Beryl's fireball? Do we know if Guidance of the World's cooldown reduction stacks with the cooldown reduction from the tactical skill that places of the flag down?

1) Yes, the liquor tile lasts for 3 turns, which inflicts a 2 turn debuff that persists when they leave. Worth noting, if the enemy is still on a liquor tile, then their debuff won't count down when it has 1 turn left, meaning you can extend it to 4 turns if the unit doesn't leave the liquor. (3 turns that liquor exists + the last 1 turn after it expires.) 2) Yes, debuffs stack additively as long as they're different sources (MDEF I / II don't stack with each other, but Liquor debuff is a separate thing and does stack). Liquor + Disaster Bottle / any source of MDEF II + War Horn tactic = 100% MDEF down. 3) It definitely doesn't proc the turn you initiate the charge as that involves using an active skill, but I don't think it would work on turn 2 either, since it specifically mentions using Standby. 4) I'm not sure about this one, and can't test it due to the level cap.

Rupture armor does. It affects any single target attacks, and assists are considered as such. Dispelling strike doesnt, it's a basic attack replacement, not a passive

I really want both, tbh, but currency situation might not allow that. Wondering whats the play here. Both damage units seem to be future proof for a long while, but is it NECESSARY to own both, ya know? Can I get away with just having 1 or the other?

@@canti1541 Safiyah like a lot of hanged man units can apply it themselves with skills. You also silver and gold units that can apply it so you don't need to worry about synergy because she can work without other hanged man units. If I had to pick one of the two, I would go with august because he's the first truly top tier breaker in the game while we already have col. If you don't have col then Safiyah is great.
