In this video, I guide you through a light shoulder workout using dumbbells, showing that you don’t need to lift crazy heavy to get a good workout in at the gym. Everyone is welcome to join and start training!
Following the workout, I take you on a food shopping trip to stock up for the next few days. My haul includes chicken, avocado, spinach, bananas, feta cheese, and more-all geared towards a balanced intake of carbs, good fats, proteins, and more.
