Well, this season was amazing, I enjoyed every single episode. The finale of season 4 was incredible and I am so happy that Eddie made Buck Christopher's legal guardian if anything ever happens to him. Can we talk about how Eddie was worried about Buck when he was the one who got shot, my poor heart.

This finale of 9-1-1 was especially hard for me to watch because I could feel the pain Buck felt about the prospect of losing his best friend.

The way Buck broke down when he realized Eddie was gonna be okay killed me. Eddie giving Buck a reason to live and telling him he is important was everything. I'm convinced this ship will sail one day even if they pull a Supernatural and it's like the last thing to happen in the series. Everyone knows but them.

The way it was done on Supernatural was complete garbage, not just because they waited until the very end but also (and especially) because it was just a one-sided love declaration. The two guys never actually got together. If 911's writers want to keep Buddie strictly platonic, they're obviously entitled to do that, but I'd rather they didn't throw some lame breadcrumbs at Buddie fans at the last minute. These types of moves seem condescending to me.

The part (not shown here) where Buck said that won't Christopher's grand parents fight for him, well the easiest way is for them to get married. Then, Christopher's next of kin is legally Buck 😍

Unfortunately in situations with distant & estranged familes, there ~have been cases when they still sue the surviving spouse, & even genetically related ones, if they didn't like them / trust them enough &/or just wanted the kid(s) to themselves. I don't get that vibe (yet) from Eddie's family tho, & I'd hope it ~never comes to that either (*unjinx*) but at least Buck has plenty of support on his side to vouch for him if needed.. ♡

You not the only one crying. I just hope if they go for each other it's done very very well, There has to be some sort of tearful instance from Buck or Eddie where a kiss or something can happen. And, they discover each other beyond the friends they currently are. I just can't see a relationship more awesome than they already have. Writer's don't mess this up.
