So glad Mr Floyd's co writer of this song, Steve Cropper, is up there with him. Also Dick Dunn is on stage!

YOU KNOW WHATS BEAUTIFUL ABOUT MUSIC IS? That's it universal. Ppl of every color on that stage united and having a great time! There's no racial boundaries when it comes to music! And blonde? She was having the time of her LIFE! Considering how toxic times are now, watching this made me smile. Great energy was created that night

That woman could go on to be a Supreme Court justice. Her son could find a cure for cancer. Her daughter could become President of the United States, and on her deathbed she'll remember when she danced to "Knock on Wood" on stage with Eddie Floyd

So sad the studio version gets spoiled by this very Las Vegas meets a gospel church approach. Simply too much people standing on that stage. The studio version was so great exaxctly because it had that restrained but super efficient touch. Here we get nothing but overacting and Barnum effects. Not my singing cup....
