Its clearly obvious its NEVER going to be discussed and weve all to just accept it. When someone is cleared of something in court or any form of case, normal practice is to immediately let everyone know the evidence which proved someone was not guilty all along. Disappointing from eddie all the way through this carry on. let the fans know this undeniable evidence which shows benn did ABSOLUTELY nothing wrong and shut us all up. But after benns post test result behaviour, playing a big victim, I want to know the reasons behind the failures. they clearly don't want to go into it because there's obviously more to it. If it's all been a big mistake , tell us, but theyre not saying that. So he's been cleared to fight???? That means absolutely nothing in terms of the failed tests. People don't just go around failing drug tests for no reason.

The jurisdiction argument won't go away until a reason is provided. The NADP statement implies jurisdiction, as they said UKAD failed to prove their case. The two failed tests are the evidence of failure, but they were VADA tests and Benn failed his UKAD ones, hence UKAD couldn't prove his guilt as they have, for the second time, been prevented from using the VADA evidence. For all of us this is guesswork, but logically this is the case, otherwise surely the outcome statement would have been Benn proved his innocence. Also, Matchroom said it wasn't jurisdiction when UKAD lost the first case, but it was then confirmed it was jurisdiction so hardly surprising they're not being believed this time either.

All the fans want to know is how did the banned substance get into his system ? That is all. Not the other way round and the way handled which is trying to prove Benn guilty . It seems to me that looking from the outside that Benn knew he could not be found guilty of taking a banned substance and fought it all the way until proven guilty knowing that the authorities could not prove anything . Or Benn should prove his innocence by proving that he has been set up .
