As someone who's followed boxers/drug tests for ages, I've ever seen the NADP involved like this, it's clearly a legal issue/jurisdiction point he's got off on. Normally the board/ukad releases full report on a an investigation publicly, then the fighter can appeal further. In this case it never happened, which confirms that there actual investigation never even started. They won again on jurisdiction/other legal arguments....if this wasn't the case Benn could give consent to release the info re what the actual process he went through was....but he won't. UKAD/BBOC can't comment unless Benn does or he allow them to. So f'ed up. Bad bad day for British boxing. Sets an awful legal precedent.

@ yes, vada testing was implemented for the eubank fight. However, before that benn was ranked in wbc top 10 until the wbc partnered up with vada, then he opted out of wbc ranking to avoid vada testing.

To be fair i genuinely think alot couldnt care. 1 fighter (fury) apart from vlad K hasnt beaten any elite boxers (yes that includes wilder) and has tiptoed around any top 10 fighter his career until he got a money fight with uysk. The other fighter (joshua) has a very good cv but any fighter other than vlad K who put it on him he lost. Just british media have overhyped this potential fight
