I'm not sure why Eddie keeps saying Simon Jordan is very bright and intelligent. I've listened to his show a few times and I think he's a total pratt. Simon Jordan is unable to let the other person talk and finish without jumping in and trying to talk over them, it is just ridiculous and not the way to conduct a conversation or debate.

You are hands down the best boxing journalist on youtube. It's baffling that you only have 4.8k subscribers. You are the only one who looks Eddie straight in the eye and explains your point of view without squirming and asks him different questions to everyone else. Look through Boxing Social, IFL, Seconds Out, they are all asking the same questions. Every time Kugan does an interview he's scared that he won't get the next one. Or you have Umar who is basically a Frank Warren mouthpiece. More of this please, less politics and real questions. If you get a chance, show these comments to Eddie to make sure they fly you out and invite you to more of these events with expenses covered. I know once the majority of boxing fans see what you're doing, you'll be flying.

Reading the comments, it really surprises me that Red’s vids are still only just being discovered (and I’m pleased more are coming to the party of course!). Though feel quite privileged to have followed the channel since when it had only a few hundred followers yet still delivered exactly the same quality content! I guess you could say it was a bit like discovering that Real Madrid actually train on your local village football ground in the middle of nowhere and only a handful of you knew the secret 😂. So, great stuff as always, Red. One thing I always notice is that you have a very rare talent indeed for being able to ask questions that need to be asked but no one actually ever thinks to ask! Great stuff Red, you are a really nice lady that people obviously like to talking to. Boxing is still a sport, right? Everything in boxing can't be about "doin numbers". The fighters fight, and promoters promote. Lack of numbers falls largely on the promoter.

Yet another brilliant interview asking Hearns all the right questions. The reason why Okolie and Buatsi left matchroom and 258 is obviously because they weren’t happy with Hearns terms and conditions .. they worked out they can make a lot more money elsewhere But the truth is he’s gutted they both left matchroom..He only has two golden eggs in he’s stable now I don’t like the fact that he is trying to make the Benn V Eubank fight overseas even though Benn has not yet been Cleared by the BBBofC .Buatsi is one of my favourite British fighters and definitely the best light heavyweight in the country it’s only a matter of time before he’s world champ 🥊🥊

Did you watch Okolie fight? 😂 he won't be sad about that at all. JB is an amazing fighter, but turns down so many fights and is inactive, it's probably draining trying to promote him. 2 losses of which their gaps can be filled, Berlanga is a lot more marketable in the US compared with Okolie for starters

It's not exactly like that in my opinion. Hearn helped build Okolie and Buatsi's profiles and then Boxxer swooped in trying to take advantage of Matchroom's profile-building efforts and the groundwork they laid. Nothing new in the promotional game and no one can blame Okolie and Buatsi for going where they think the most money is. The problem is, Ben Shalom doesn't have anything near Hearn's gift of gab so without that supportive sideman I worry if their profiles might regress a bit. For example Okolie's profile took a hit this weekend and he didn't really have Hearn their to take the brunt of the public backlash and be the effective fall guy, so to speak, as he has done in the past when Okolie had a few lacklustre performances under Matchroom. As far as Buatsi being the best LHW, I don't think he beat Richards personally, had that fight a draw, so it's still up in the air for me. I can't count Yarde or Callum Smith out yet either.

Great Interview but can I pick up on Hearn's snide remark about Sky putting Boxing on more channels. To Build BOXXER quickly Sky have put some of the shows on Sky Showcase (The Channel that replaced Sky1) which is the entertainment channel. Eddie complained they didn't do that for Matchroom which has given Boxing a bigger audience post Matchroom. Terrestrial TV(Channel 5) Free to air Boxing always pulls over 1m casual viewers. Sky are getting a bigger audience post Matchroom because they are using Showcase. When Eddie left they had to start from scratch and rebuild. They even share the fights on You Tube after they air on Sky. More eyes to the product.
