Ah, you misunderstand. It's a comment on how high his trousers look in comparison to his open shirt. You are right to call people out for body-shaming. More power to you, but this wasn't a case of body shaming. I guess it was sartorial shaming, but I've met and talked to Eddie and I'm fairly certain he'd see the funny side.
