I’m 51 years old and I’ve been watching wrestling since the mid 70’s. And quite honestly, for the most part, it became too unrealistic over the last 15 years or so. There hasn’t been many wrestlers that really got my attention. I never knew who Eddie Kingston was before AEW. And when he debuted I was like ok this guy looks pretty intense. He is so believable in everything he says and does. And now Eddie Kingston is one of my favorites. I think he could be wrestler of the year.

Eddie is the realest dude in wrestling and he tells you his faults and shortcomings and I and I'm sure others love him even more for it. I wish he had been able to be on a national scale earlier in his life but he appreciates aew even more because he had to work so hard and wait so long. When he said his work is meant for those who get it, I'm someone who really gets it, I feel every segment/match he's in and every word he says. He can give me goosebumps, get me excited, have me balling like a baby he is one of a select few guys that I forget wrestling is a work when he's on my screen. He can sell me on any match he's in with one promo like the one with punk. Can't wait for the match, it feels like it will be a fight not a match and I can't wait

Who is Eddie Kingston, i never heard of him before, when he came to AEW, to me he had this weird look, but then i heard him on the Mic and his matches were certainly different. It didn't take long to realize that Eddie Kingston is one of the most important elements of wrestling that was just missing all these years. If he's in it, then it's heart and soul, and real, and just the realest looking, acting(not acting) like just real real promo guy, and this makes his matches just that much more believable and seriously hyped up.

Rock and Austin might not be able to say it publicly, but knowing what quality business that harkens back to the old days means to them - which both guys have always been and still are fans of, I’m sure they must be loving Kingston’s recent star turn in his feud with Punk. AEW certainly hasn’t done everything right (like that horrendous Halloween show), but some of their recent good stuff has reminded me of the old Mid-South and UWF territories, both of which Rock has openly talked about watching in his trailer in his movie set downtime. Hopefully Eddie can keep this momentum up. Terribly misused chant by Marks or not… he definitely does deserve it.

After AJ Styles left TNA, then Bobby Roode ,they were circling the drain until Eddie Kingston, with the Lucha Brothers turned it around and actually made TNA worth watching again, as well when NWA came back Eddie Kingston was a major part of it's success too Eddie Kingston is a powerhouse on and off screen! I have been watching AEW since day one and I ordered Full Gear this past Saturday cause the card was to good and I could not pass it up. This yr's Full Gear was my second AEW ppv I had ordered, the other one being this yr's Double or Nothing, again for the card, but also cause it was the first AEW show back with a full crowd. Before AEW I knew of Kingston but I seen him rarely or through Impact clips . I wasn't a big fan of Impact at that time... Since AEW he has constantly been in my top 10 even #1 at times... As good as the Punk MJF promo was I prefer Kingston Punk... He really stepped up to the point I really want to see him as The Worlds Champion...
