He stayed until he meet the last fan in line. The one thing he said when a family or someone with kids came up Eddie would thank them for coming to the show & told them he put on a show that u could bring your family to. He autographed the cover of my greatest hits CD & he shook my hand. I will never forget that. Hell of a man and he opened the show with this song.

My nephew was killed by an off-duty police officer drunk driver after attending the Eddie Money concert at pacific amphitheater in Laguna Nigel On Moulton Parkway. He had consumed two hamburgers and five beers at the concert. Had a blast!! He loved Eddie Money! Contrary to a police statement, his body tested drug-free two weeks after his autopsy. His father hired Investigative attorneys and won a huge suit! I am listening to the song twice for my nephew Tony and I.

Eddie Money was so so close to being a Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty, Bob Segar and or John Mellencamp. Thought the " Walk on water" album would do it. It wasn't meant to be, unfortunately. No worries Eddie you'll always be a headliner to me!😊
