I’m sure many people can relate to this song but I think thee deepest and truest meaning of it is drugs. As an addict, every single word hits home. Every line and the pain in his voice. “I can’t love when I can’t even love myself” classic of an addict. My first, horrible relapse, I listened to this song all the way through. It only made sense. With a few others. I almost want to blame music for making me relapse 🤣😭 but no. These songs are just here to relate to the artist and know you are not alone. I will never be sick of this song I will never NOT hear the struggle and hurt in this mans words and voice to me and every one who has ever suffered addiction. He’s a lyrical genius! I’ve heard other songs by Eden and none compare to this one. This song can play at my wedding my funeral, if anyone ever wants to remember me they can listen to this song. So beautiful. My theme song lol.
