As a healer I always watch these videos before running the raid. My friend was running the Eden raids with me, having already completed them himself. Then we got to this one "Go in blind" he said "it's a surprise" he said. "It's more fun if you don't know". We are no longer friends.

I watch these as a dps who use to main tank, after realizing as a tank I only tried to jam my axe into the boss's rectums without actually pulling away from the group. While it makes bad for tanking, it really ushered me into become the world's first Warrior Proctologist.

I hope that tanks who choose to do this actually know what they are doing. Had so many tanks already who say "no tank swap needed" after i suggest they swap if they want and then get hit by every single mechanic and never use CD. 9__9

@@luckystarlight Right, as tank you should know the mechanics and better be able to avoid them all AND be able to manage your mitigation cds if you wanna attempt solo tanking. If you get one vulnerable stack you can still go for a invinc but if you get more and more stacks you better drop that idea and swap ^^

Lol, last night I queued up for normal raids thinking that I couldn't get a raid that I hadn't completed yet. I type in my usual: "Hey all! How's everyone doing?" Got my usual responses of o7 hihi (no space) Tired Good, yourself? *Stoic silence* I sit there wondering which normal raid I would get while thinking to myself: "I'll check out the sepleture raid guide tomorrow. I have to learn this beforehand because I am a tank." My computer loads in. *Eden's Gate: Sepleture* Thank God I was off tank

I just did this fight and can say I wholeheartedly agree with you. Hurray for having a fraction of a second to react and actually move. Without having sprint up permanently, getting out of the way quick enough isn't easy.

Just finished a 21 minute sepulture... can confirm... no enrage... none.... it was one tank and two healers for about... 18 minutes of that.

It should be noted that the Stonecrusher tankbusster is a targeted AoE. There's been a few times with the offtank stood too close to the main tank, resulting in both tanks have the debuff.

This is an interesting fight. A major thing to consider is that, while most mechanics are easily survivable individually, you can start racking up quite a few vulnerability stacks from a wide array of enemy abilities. You want to make sure to handle the bombs and detonation squares optimally. Whereas in a lot of trials/raids, there is a specific phase or mechanic that presents most of the danger, in this one, players being ground down by attrition and the cumulative weight of the mechanics is more the issue. That, along with knock-back effects and people sometimes dying from Stonecrusher.

This fight and these fights are complete bonkers fun the first time you go in and have no hell of any idea what is happening. My first time here was as a Tank about 2 years ago and i remembered nothing except it was crazy and probably did floor inspections much of it. Thanks much to all you healers who keep these raids on the rails. I did this same fight today for the very 2nd time as a Reaper DPS and i remembered absolute nothing, except i remembered seeing that boss before. It was bonkers and like a whole new point of view. I didn't remember so much stuff happening in the entire fight nor all the movements, but it all happened.

It was nice to see them bring a fight this challenging back in to normal duty finder raids. Most of this patch was easily won with a random group with one or two tries, this fight required a lot of focus and good team play from the whole group because of how long it takes to win.

Went into this blind yesterday... I've never seen so many deaths in a single fight! I die.. get raised, die to aoe while trying to heal, raised again (rdm was mvp this game) heal up, raise other whm, heal team, die again, get raised and repeat. Literally half our team was dead throughout the fight and we probably would of wiped if not for the rdm picking up the healers. Crazy fight!

Hm...Maybe it will be even worth playing on. As this looks like X89 and Kuralak combined (with Upload/Download from System Daemons), but much slower and with less mechanics overall. It is nice to see good mechanics from WS returning at least somewhere. I hope that in Savage and Ultra Savage it will be combining even more abilities to have at least on par mechanics with mentioned bosses :O
