That's not right ya she lost her father at 15 but Hetty doesn't know his killer and when Kensi quits it's because Callen quit and then Sam did then Deeks says "I would if I could" because he is not an NCIS agent. Hetty still hires them all back and they only quit so Callen could persue a case Granger wouldn't let them.
