Hi and great video! :D at 11:30 you show that you get d=2 but im getting it to d=square root of 2. Can anyone help me understand how you get it to d=2 when you put in the limit square root of 2? Im also getting c=16 instead of c=8 so im clearly doing alot wrong i think. But up untill the final result i have the same as in the video. Thanks :)

sq rt 2 can be written as 2^1/2. So, 16ln(2^1/2) can be rewritten as 16*1/2ln(2) which cancels down to 8ln(2). This is because of the log rule of powers inside the bracket are taken out of the bracket and multiplied to the coefficient of the ln.

1:59 shouldn't the bigger number be put at the top of the integral? 1 is greater than 1/2 so why is 1/2 at the top?

Pi/3 is bigger than 0 so hence 1/2 is on the top as that is the value when subbing pi/3 into u

at 11:30 when i substitute the limits into the final equation i end up getting a decimal answer instead of the desired ln natural log format answer of 8ln2. what to do?

You have to work it out by hand as the question wants the answer in exact form which your calculator cannot do.
